Delivery and return

DELIVERY

The processing time for an order is :
- 2 or 3 days in general for the purchase of items in stock
- 4 to 6 weeks for any order containing at least one pre-order item.

To this must be added the shipping time.  

Delivery in France :
Colissimo (2-3 working days)
Shipping cost : 12€ - Free on orders over 110€ 

 

RETURN

You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days following the date of receipt of the products. The return costs are at your charge.

Any withdrawal request must be notified to Cécile Preziosa. We recommend you to contact us by email to : contact@cecilepreziosa.com. After having notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the products concerned within a maximum of 14 days from this notification.

The products must be sent back in perfect condition, in their original packaging, specifying the order number, to the following address :
